Welcome to a New Decade


Spend time reflecting back on 2019 before creating your new resolutions for 2020. Write down your achievements and make a note of changes that you'd like to make whether that be for you personally, or for your company.


Your business/marketing plan for 2020 is very important. The success of your company depends on the amount of time you put into it. With that being said, you may need to spend days on creating your plan rather than just a few hours. When a bride plans a wedding do you think she plans it in hours or days? It takes time, critical thinking, and dedication to see positive results.


You want your plan to be prosperous, so it is extremely important to exhaust all your sources when creating your vision, goals, and objectives. Think really hard about every little detail and don't forget to include your ideas with your marketing or leadership teams.


Your employees are your front line and connection to your customers. They have personal insight into what your customers want and current inefficiencies in your business. Ask them to share these insights! They may be able to make suggestions for new products, product changes, or ways to streamline operating processes. Remember, word of mouth is the best form of advertising. In order for your team to help raise awareness about your brand, they need to know the goals of your company and buy into your plan.
